We're looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Specialist with a proven track record in the IT SaaS industry. This role demands someone who understands the SaaS sales cycle end-to-end, can confidently engage with senior decision-makers, and has the hunger to drive growth in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT SaaS domain
Manage the entire sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, proposal, negotiation, and closing
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, especially C-level executives
Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, delivery, marketing) to build tailored client solutions
Track pipeline activities, revenue forecasts, and maintain accurate CRM data
Representing the company at industry events, networking platforms, and client meetings
Provide insights into market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the IT SaaS industry in KSA region
Demonstrated success in closing B2B SaaS deals and meeting sales targets
Strong understanding of IT, SaaS models, cloud solutions, or enterprise software sales
Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with C-suite clients
Self-motivated, target-driven, and a strong team player
