Our client is expanding and therefore they are looking for their office in Dubai for a talented, motivated and pro-active Business Development ManagerYou would maintain/grow existing relationships, develop new business, and continue to expand the office in line with commercial strategy of the company in order to realize the commercial objectives of the organization.Business Development ManagerA Corporate Services firm is looking for a Business Development Manager to support its rapidly growing office. You will be directly Reporting and closely working with the Managing Director of the Company.The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.The Role:Identify new business opportunities and drive forward the development of such opportunitiesDevelop and nurture collaborative relationships with existing intermediaries and source new feedersEnhancing culture of innovation and reinforcing our reputation as the preferred services provider in the UAE & GCCRepresenting in a professional and diligent manner; meeting, negotiating and corresponding with clients to form strong working relationshipsUsing lead generation and leverage of existing clients with a focus on the designated market segment to facilitate expansion based on our client's needsDeveloping marketing and promotional strategy and materials for the company, including brand management, advertising, and web and sales collateralEnsuring marketing programs align with public relations and other communication activitiesAssisting in preparation of long- and short-term marketing plans, pricing policies and budgetsDevelop and supervise a team of business development or marketing professionalsParticipate in a high level of client interaction to support the building and maintaining of commercial relationships upholding objectives for development and growth, and to ensure a good understanding of demands, expectations, and anticipate market changes as early as possibleGenerating a high standard of service delivery and achieving successful outcomes for our clients to sustainably strengthen the revenue baseCapturing, sharing knowledge and maintaining effective communicationDelivering all work outputs in an accurate and timely mannerThe candidate:Education:Bachelor Degree in Business administration, law or any other equivalent, master degree in is preferableExperience:3-7 years' experience of sales within the UAE in Corporate Services or Wealth ManagementKnowledge:Strong understanding of the Corporate Services industry and local marketBasic understanding of AML and core compliance requirementsBasic legal skills (understanding and analyzing legal documents)Excellent (native) command of written and spoken EnglishOthers:Goal OrientedGood Networking SkillsEnterprising skillsHigh integritySelf-MotivatedStrategic SellingExcellent Communication Skills in both written and spoken EnglishWillingness to travelWe offer you:Salary AED 15-20K (excluding sales commissions) & benefitsWe offer you a challenging position in an informal and inspiring work environment.
