• Identification and Development of Business Opportunities in the business segment identified with the board and within the budget allocated
• Drive sales growth by identifying and closing commercial landscape projects, Garden Maintenance and Shop nursery with new customers
• Increase customer base and market share
• Develop strong relationships with internal leadership, prospective customers, and existing clients
• Meet with prospective customers to understand their needs and provide value-added solutions
• Create bids for proposals and negotiate contracts
• Project Database - Current & Future & Targeted Forecasting Short Term and long-Term Market Potential in various segments in which the Company is operating and likely to operate.

Skill & Experience Requirements:

• 2-5-years of experience in the commercial landscape industry a must, along with new business sales
• Highly effective oral and written communication skills
• You are all in for teamwork and collaboration, and inspire others to do their best work by offering support and encouragement
• You have a growth mindset with the ability to think and plan strategically
• You have strong interpersonal skills, and are able to establish trust and strong collaborative relationships
• You listen well and are open to input/insights from others
• Experience with estimating/bidding on commercial landscape maintenance projects
• Valid Driver's License
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
