Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify & convert high-value business opportunities
Build and maintain strong client relationships across sectors
Manage the full sales lifecycle: prospecting ? pitching ? proposals ? negotiation ? closure
Work with delivery & technical teams to design tailored digital solutions
Develop and execute GTM strategies and partnerships
Conduct continuous market & competitor research
Achieve sales targets, pipeline metrics & client acquisition goals
Represent the business in industry events and networking platforms

Business development & sales strategy execution
Lead generation & pipeline management
Consultative / solution selling
Strong negotiation & closing skills
Awareness of emerging technologies (AI, Cloud, RPA, Data, etc.)

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in computer science / computer engineering
6 - 8 years of BD experience in IT, Consulting, SaaS, or Digital Transformation
GCC experience must have
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets & handling enterprise deals
