Sales & Marketing Intern

Roles and Responsibilities

As part of our marketing and business development team, you'll work on diverse projects that allow you to grow professionally and contribute meaningfully to our goals.

Conduct market research and identify target audiences. Make introductory cold calls to potential leads and pitch our services. Follow up with outbound calls to company-provided leads. Convert leads into potential paying clients through effective communication and engagement. Support marketing initiatives through WhatsApp, Email, and LinkedIn outreach. Contribute to social media marketing across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook. Build and maintain client relationships through consistent follow-ups and excellent service. Analyze client behavior, market trends, and competitor strategies to inform marketing tactics. Report daily progress and suggest improvements in sales approaches. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of all sales and marketing activities.

Bachelor's degree in

Business, Marketing

, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). Excellent

spoken and written English

communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset. Confidence in speaking with new people over the phone. Ability to handle cold calling, lead generation, conversion, and client relationship management. Basic understanding of

Google Sheets/Excel

. Familiarity with

social media platforms

and

digital marketing tools

. Prior experience or internship in

sales, marketing, or business development

is an added advantage. Open to applicants on a Spouse Visa or Parent Visa.
