Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, prospect, and onboard new F&B, wellness, real estate and lifestyle businesses across Dubai. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and solution-based selling. Pitch our marketing services, including social media strategy, paid ad management, content creation (static and video ads), influencer marketing. Prepare customized proposals, sales decks and service packages based on client needs. Collaborate with the content and marketing team to ensure smooth campaign execution and client satisfaction. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and refine positioning. Maintain an organized pipeline and report progress regularly to the founding team.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (agency or marketing background preferred). Strong network or understanding of the Dubai F&B/lifestyle scene is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently in a startup environment. Based in Dubai Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and creator marketing is highly advantageous.
