Role Overview:

The Business Development Executive/Manager will play a key role in driving the agency's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and positioning our creative services in the market. This role demands someone who understands the advertising landscape, thinks strategically, and can communicate the agency's vision with confidence and clarity.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities across diverse industries. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, brands, and marketing professionals. Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to develop impactful client proposals and presentations. Understand client needs and align them with the agency's creative solutions. Represent the agency in networking events, pitch meetings, and industry gatherings. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, ensuring consistent business growth. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights to shape business strategy. Contribute to brand-building initiatives and strategic partnerships that elevate the agency's presence.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in Business Development. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. A solid understanding of marketing, branding, and digital media trends. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about creativity and innovation. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

2-5 years of experience in Business Development.

Salary:

5000AED + COMMISSION
