Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Screen and acquire potential Real Estate brokers/Agents with the objective of promoting meraki products.
  • Ensure that assigned Brokers receive the highest level of support (Training, Onboarding, coaching, etc.) to achieve sales target.
  • Design and implement effective Route to Market (RTM) based on Customer Needs, Broker type and resources.
  • Leverage meraki Customer & Agent programs (Partnership Program, Direct RD Shows, Agent Events, IUC program, etc.) to maximize Agent\xe2\x80\x99s sales
  • Generate and maintain periodical reports in line with company guidelines
Job Requirements:
  • Graduate
  • Account Management
  • Real-estate background is a plus
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
