Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior design and fit-out sector (residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, etc.).
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings, networking, and presentations.
Understand client requirements and collaborate with the design/technical team to provide tailored solutions.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and exhibitions.
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales performance in CRM systems.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in business development/sales within the
interior design, fit-out, or construction industry
in the UAE/GCC.
Strong network of potential clients, consultants, and contractors (advantage).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
UAE driving license (mandatory).
