Handle inbound & outbound calls
Understand customer's need & solve queries
It is a Full Time Customer Support / Tele Caller job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
Direct sales to corporate enterprises, B2B customers, System Integrators, and other verticals.
Lead the Business Plan with Customers and Incorporate customers' objectives, strategy, and the same ultimate Sales goal.
Monitoring sales and distribution performance by item, executing, and driving effective promotion.
Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 1-3 years of Experience. Should have experience in managing Audio visual and IT customers such as system integrators, contractors, cooperate clients, resellers, wholesales etc. (Smart boards, Digital displays, LED video wall & Video conference systems) Bachelor's Degree is a must. Should have sales & Marketing Knowledge. Good Analytical Skills Good Negotiation skills Ability to Present Market activities and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skill Good problem solving & Decision making Good Command of English. Computer-literate; Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, Excel.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
