Position Overview:


We are seeking an experienced and goal-oriented

Business Development Executive

to join our Dubai team. The ideal candidate will work closely with our US branch during night shift hours, focusing on client engagement, sales growth, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:



Promote and sell Edu-Tech solutions and programs to potential clients (B2C). Identify and generate new leads, build relationships, and convert them into opportunities. Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase our offerings. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's growth. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client feedback. Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotions.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). 2+ years of experience in Sales, preferably in Education/Technology sectors. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.

Qualifications & Skills:



2+ years of experience in international sales, business development, or client servicing (preferably for the US market). Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of US business culture and customer expectations. Proven ability to meet targets and manage long-term client relationships. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Self-driven, adaptable, and able to work independently during night shift hours (aligned with US operations).
