Title: Business Development Executive

Location : Dubai

Base Salary : AED 6500

Commissions : Incumbents are unlikely to earn AED 11,000 - 13,000 like earlier days but a more realistic benchmark on target earnings will be between AED 8,000- 11,000/Month.

Position Purpose:

MAC Group is looking for Business Development Executive who are responsible to present the company products with integrity to customers within the UAE. The incumbents will handle the accounts of corporate and individual clients to provide them with efficient customer service.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Influence customers to buy the product by following a prepared script.
  • Initiate and follow up the sales process from initial contact phase till closure
  • Document and update all activity through CRM.
  • Managing, tracking and following up on leads by calling them.
  • Meeting daily and quarterly sales target through calling
  • Submit daily and monthly report of all activities done.
  • Serve as point of contact for customers and answer their service related queries in person and on the phone.
Professional Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills in English - written and verbal.
  • Excellent email and phone etiquettes.
  • Good sales skills.
