Business Development Executive
Salary Package:
AED 2,500 - AED 4,000 per month
(Performance-based incentives may apply)
Key Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities and generate quality leads
Build strong relationships with clients, investors, and partners
Promote real estate projects and company services
Analyze market trends and competitor activity
Achieve monthly sales and growth targets
Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or similar roles
Real estate experience is a strong advantage
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong negotiation, persuasion & networking abilities
Ability to understand market trends and customer behavior
Self-driven, target-focused, and results-oriented mindset
