: Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day content planning, publishing, and engagement across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
Create engaging posts, stories, reels, and other multimedia content in collaboration with internal teams and creative partners
Coordinate photo/video shoots and ensure timely coverage of events, campaigns, and announcements
Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry benchmarks to optimize content and engagement
Track and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, etc.) and suggest improvements
Work closely with business units to gather inputs and align campaigns with brand objectives
Assist in executing broader marketing campaigns, newsletters, and internal communications Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field
1-3 years of experience in social media or content marketing roles
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices
Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, etc.)
Excellent communication and copywriting skills
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work across teams
A creative mindset and eye for brand aesthetics Nice to Have:
Photography/videography experience
Knowledge of paid social campaigns and boosting strategies
Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite)
