As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our recruitment agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities: * Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and online platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and understanding their recruitment needs.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring profitable margins and long-term client relationships.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and match candidates to job openings.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecast.
Preferred Candidate: * Minimum 1-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
