Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our recruitment agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring profitable margins and long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and match candidates to job openings.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecast.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
