A boutique consulting firm in the United Arab Emirates with over 8 years of experience in the MENAT region, specialized on business set up services, visa and relocation services. We offer a 360-degree solutions, including market development, market research, accounting, and logistics guidance. We aim to deliver tailored strategies to support the success of our clients.

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven

business development executive (sales)

to grow our customer base, strengthen client relationships, and maximize revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a passion for sales, excellent relationship-management skills, and the ability to understand customer needs to deliver tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities



Sales & Business Development



Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities.

Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and client meetings.

Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and contracts.

Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Account Management



Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of existing clients.

Build and maintain long-term, trustworthy customer relationships.

Understand client objectives and proactively recommend solutions and upsell opportunities.

Manage renewals, negotiate pricing, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Market & Product Knowledge



Stay updated on product/service offerings, industry trends, and competitor activity.

Gather customer insights and share feedback with internal teams (marketing, product, operations).

Collaboration & Reporting



Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, including pipelines and account updates.

Provide regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and performance updates.

Qualifications & Skills



Required



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). Fluent in English and Portuguese, any other language is a plus. Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-first mindset. Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure. Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office / Google Workspace.

Preferred



Experience in banking, immigration or legal services.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Comfortable to travel as required.
