Business Development Executive (staffing & Recruitment)

Job Description

Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the staffing and recruitment industry.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.

Prospect, qualify, and onboard new clients through targeted sales efforts and networking activities.

Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and business objectives.

Client Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and service requirements.

Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to showcase our services, discuss staffing solutions, and identify opportunities for collaboration.

Actively engage with existing clients to foster strong partnerships, assess satisfaction levels, and explore avenues for business expansion.

Market Research and Analysis:

Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and market gaps.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback surveys to inform strategic decision-making and product/service enhancements.

Proposal Development and Negotiation:

Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to client needs and preferences.

Negotiate terms and conditions, pricing structures, and service agreements to secure profitable business deals while ensuring alignment with company objectives and standards.

Collaboration and Coordination:

Collaborate with internal teams, including recruitment consultants, HR professionals, and operations staff, to deliver seamless and efficient staffing solutions.

Coordinate with marketing and branding teams to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and events to support business development efforts.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the staffing and recruitment industry.

Strong understanding of Qatars labor market, business landscape, and regulatory requirements.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM).

Valid drivers license and willingness to travel as needed.
