Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results?driven Business Development Executive who has strong experience in the UAE market in IT / digital marketing / advertising. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, pitching services, closing sales, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, research, and follow up on new business opportunities in IT, advertising, and digital marketing.
Generate leads through cold calls, email outreach, networking, and partner referrals.
Present and pitch company services (IT solutions, digital marketing campaigns, SaaS, etc.) to potential clients, both technical and non?technical.
Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts.
Close deals and ensure smooth handover to delivery/operations teams.
Maintain and manage sales pipeline and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
Meet / exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.
Collaborate with marketing, creative, technical teams to ensure client requirements are understood and delivered.
After?sales follow?up: client satisfaction, renewals, upselling or cross?selling when possible.
Requirements (Qualifications & Skills)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related field. A Master's (MBA) is a plus.
