to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve company goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Develop strategies to promote services and increase revenue.
Conduct market research to identify trends and potential business areas.
Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Prepare reports and provide insights on business performance.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Good negotiation and presentation skills.
