Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Resolve customer issues related to product, logistics, and aftersales service.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports for senior management on sales performance and forecasts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Coordinate with technical and procurement teams to align sales with available stock.
Train distributors and sales reps on product features and selling points.
