Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the insurance sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills. Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with prospective clients
  • Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
  • Manage sales pipeline
  • Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
  • Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
  • Reporting to direct manager
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree 1 - 3 years in insurance sales industry
  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Driving license is preferred
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
