Job Title: Business Development Executive Company: White Lion General Trading LLC Location: Sharjah, UAE (United Arab Emirates) Job Type: Full-time : White Lion General Trading LLC is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales and marketing skills, have a good understanding of the books industry, and be fluent in both Arabic and English. This role will be based in the UAE and requires a valid UAE driving license. Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, and drive sales growth for the company\'s book products and services.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential customers, track industry trends, and gather competitive intelligence to develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understand their needs and requirements, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Deliver persuasive sales presentations, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
  • Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and digital marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and increase customer engagement.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Monitor sales performance, analyze market data, prepare sales forecasts, and generate regular reports to track progress, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide insights to the management team.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Proven experience in sales and business development in the UAE region, preferably in the books industry or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, market research techniques, and customer relationship management.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Possess a valid UAE driving license.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
