Job Title: Business Development Executive ( Rent A Car) with UAE experience
Location: Dubai (Ras Al Khor)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Head of Rent A Car
Working Hours: 9 am until 8 p.m. (1-hour break)
Day Off: 1 day
Job Summary:
A Business Development Executive (BDE) for a Rent A Car plays a key role in driving growth, acquiring clients, and expanding business opportunities. Here are the typical job duties and responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition & Business Growth
Identify and target potential clients (individuals, corporates, schools, etc.) for workshop programs.
Generate leads through cold calling, emails, networking, and social media outreach.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
2. Sales & Revenue Generation
Promote workshops, training programs, and other services to potential customers.
Meet and exceed sales targets by converting leads into paying clients.
Prepare and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
3. Partnership & Collaboration Development
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, educational institutions, and industry partners.
Negotiate contracts and partnership agreements for bulk workshop bookings.
Collaborate with influencers, trainers, and industry experts to expand reach.
4. Marketing & Promotion
Work with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies (social media, email campaigns, flyers, etc.).
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to promote workshops.
Gather customer feedback to improve service offerings.
5. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
Address client inquiries and provide information about workshop schedules, pricing, and benefits.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through follow-ups and post-workshop engagement.
6. Administrative & Reporting Duties
Maintain records of sales, leads, and client interactions in CRM software.
Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for management.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth workshop execution.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in training, workshops, or education.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and social media marketing.
