We are a growing Holiday Homes company in Dubai, looking for a motivated and results-driven
Business Development Agent
to expand our property portfolio. The role focuses on sourcing new residential units and onboarding property owners into our short-term rental management program.
The ideal candidate is confident, proactive, and experienced in dealing with property owners, landlords, and real estate stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach property owners, landlords, and investors to secure new holiday home units
Present the company's holiday homes management services and close onboarding deals
Build and maintain strong relationships with owners and real estate partners
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and buildings suitable for holiday homes
Coordinate with operations and onboarding teams to ensure smooth unit handover
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and signed units
Achieve monthly onboarding and revenue targets
Requirements
Experience in
business development, real estate, or holiday homes
is preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Knowledge of Dubai real estate market is an advantage
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
