Job Summary:
The
Business Development Executive
will be responsible for driving business growth and establishing partnerships across the UAE. The role requires an individual with strong interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with Clients. The candidate must possess extensive knowledge of manpower recruitment, both locally and internationally, ensuring successful sourcing and hiring of professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Target-Oriented:
Achieve and exceed set sales and business growth targets consistently.
Work Under Pressure:
Manage multiple projects and client demands while maintaining high performance and delivering results under tight deadlines.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.
Daily Client Visits:
Conduct 3-5 client visits per day to meet with clients, discuss business needs, and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Negotiation and Communication Skills:
Effectively negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements while demonstrating excellent communication skills to clearly convey proposals and services.
Qualifications:
Education:
MBA or BBA specializing in Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the Recruitment/Outsourcing Company.
