Business Development Executive - Boiler and Related Services
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our presence in the boiler services industry, catering to power plants, manufacturing, petrochemical, oil & gas, and other industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:Market Expansion & Company Registration:
Identify and register the company with key industrial clients, including power plants, refineries, petrochemical facilities, and manufacturing plants.
Build and maintain relationships with procurement teams, vendor registration departments, and key stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with client registration and pre-qualification processes to secure project eligibility.
Sales & Business Development:
Monitor industry trends, planned boiler maintenance, inspections, and shutdowns to identify sales opportunities.
Proactively track projects before RFQs are issued by engaging with key decision-makers.
Develop strategic partnerships with EPC contractors, maintenance managers, and procurement professionals.
Maintain an updated database of upcoming tenders, projects, and maintenance schedules.
Lead Generation & Client Engagement:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities in boiler repair, servicing, and installations.
Initiate contact with prospective clients via calls, emails, and in-person meetings to introduce the company's services.
Arrange and participate in client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions to demonstrate service capabilities.
Sales & Proposal Management:
Work closely with technical and operations teams to prepare proposals and pre-qualification documents.
Track and follow up on bid opportunities to ensure timely submission and competitive positioning.
Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring alignment with company pricing strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in boiler services, mechanical maintenance, or industrial services.
Strong understanding of boiler operations, maintenance, and inspection requirements in industrial sectors.
Proven ability to generate leads, track projects, and convert opportunities into sales.
Excellent networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
Knowledge of vendor registration and pre-qualification processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and market research tools.
