Job Description

Business Development Executive Young and energetic Business Development Executive to contribute with starting from generating leads to admissions confirmation for our university. Proven communication skills to build rapport with leads and convert them. Also maintain personal rapport with digital intent data. Ability to learn about our program, services and description and explain to the prospects. Be empathetic in calls, active in listening, creative thinking, patience and ability to engage prospects in conversation, working knowledge in relevant software, excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. A Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree is required. Responsibilities & Skills Generate leads with potential candidates Daily reports submission to the management Coordinate with Digital Telemarketer obtain / provide necessary information on day today basis Receive additional leads from within the University, follow up and lead to conversion Answering to questions about our university, academics, infrastructure and credits Maintain database of applicants Processing confirmation and handle grievances Achieve the conversion ratio set by the management Actively participate in marketing campaigns and generate leads Excellent communication skills in English oral and written (to the extent of email communications independently) Prepare presentations for display as required for the potential candidates Able to handle pressure Excellent in negotiation with ability to resolve issues and address complaints Proven track record of achieving the target Ability to learn about our program and explain to the potential candidates Build personal rapport with potential candidates Basic Computer Skills (MS Office & its accessories) Creating & posting blog posts and articles on company\xe2\x80\x99s website and social media pages Prepare marketing campaign reports Source advertising opportunities in radio, social media Designing materials such as flyers, newsletter and posters Liaison with designers and printers To professionally advise and counsel and provide relevant information to applicants and relevant stakeholders Highlight the benefits of specific programs and courses in order to attract students and encourage diversity on campus Organizing campaigns and representing University at College fairs, high schools and other promotional opportunities Conducting interviews, reviewing application materials and assisting in the admission decision making process Arranging campus tours, maintaining accurate and current knowledge of educational legislation, trends, development and resources. Provide counselling sessions with respect to admissions Coordinating with admissions/marketing department to review applicants and make final decisions.
Multilingual will be an added advantage Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED2,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
