Visa Status: Should have a valid resident permit Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, as well as maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The Business Development Executive will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies that align with the company\'s goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities: Prospect and Generate Leads:
  • Research and identify potential clients in the target market.
  • Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and social media to generate leads.
Pitch and Present:
  • Develop persuasive sales pitches and presentations tailored to the needs and objectives of prospective clients.
  • Effectively communicate the agency\'s value proposition and service offerings.
Negotiation and Closing:
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing to secure profitable deals.
  • Close new business deals and achieve sales targets.
Market Research and Analysis:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Provide valuable insights to the team for refining service offerings and strategies.
Collaboration and Coordination:
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and creative teams to align business development efforts with overall agency objectives.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to strategy discussions.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree from any recognized university.
  • At least one year of business development experience in a tech company/ marketing agency or related industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events, as required.
  • Arabic language would be a plus but not required.
