Roles and Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching industry trends and market demands to drive revenue growth. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners, ensuring alignment on mutual goals and objectives. Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners, ensuring favorable terms that benefit both parties. Monitor and analyze market competition, adjusting strategies to maintain a competitive edge. Provide ongoing support and training to partners to ensure they are fully equipped to represent the brand effectively.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is essential for a foundational understanding of business dynamics. A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in business development or partner management. Candidates with a diverse international background are encouraged, as global perspectives can enhance partnership strategies. Candidates should exhibit resilience and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, often changing business environment.
