Business Development Executive

to lead the expansion of our

indoor flower arrangement

services across high-end corporate, and residential sectors.

About the Role:

As our Business Development Manager, you'll be at the forefront of identifying market opportunities, building relationships, and delivering tailor-made floral solutions that elevate spaces. Your role will blend creativity with strategy to grow our client base and reinforce our brand as a leader in elegant indoor floral design.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and analyze market trends to uncover new business opportunities within the indoor floral design sector. Identify and target potential clients such as

corporate offices, luxury residences, event planners, and interior designers

. Initiate and nurture client relationships through proactive outreach, meetings, presentations, and networking events. Understand client preferences to offer

custom floral solutions

that align with their space and brand identity. Collaborate with internal teams to craft compelling sales pitches and deliver engaging product demonstrations. Develop and execute

strategic sales plans

to meet revenue goals and maximize market presence. Maintain performance metrics, report on progress, and optimize strategies for continued success. Partner with marketing on promotional campaigns, digital content, and event participation to boost visibility. Oversee large-scale floral installations, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.

What You Bring:

Minimum

2 years of experience

in business development, sales in

floral, interior design, or event planning industries

(UAE experience preferred) Strong grasp of the

indoor flower arrangement

market and industry trends Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets Creative mindset with a strong eye for

design and aesthetics

Excellent client relationship and project management capabilities Must hold a

UAE Driving License

and have

own car
