The Role:
As a Business Development Executive, you will be the face of Darkblue Technology in the market. This is an outdoor field sales role where you will be responsible for generating new business leads, building a strong client portfolio, and promoting our comprehensive suite of du products and services. Your primary goal will be to acquire new customers and achieve sales targets through proactive direct engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Acquisition: Actively prospect, identify, qualify, and generate new sales leads through cold calling, field visits, networking, and referrals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their business needs and objectives.
  • Product Expertise: Serve as a knowledgeable advisor on the entire du product portfolio, including Business Broadband, Mobile Plans, Fixed Lines, Cloud Solutions, and IoT offerings.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact and needs assessment to presentation, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather and report on market trends, competitor activities, and potential new opportunities to the management team.
  • Target Driven: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts in the company CRM system.
Requirements (Mandatory):
  • UAE Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven UAE experience in telecom sales is essential.
  • Driving License: A valid UAE driving license is mandatory for this outdoor role.
  • Product Knowledge: Solid knowledge of du (or relevant UAE telecom) products and services for businesses.
  • Sales Skills: A proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • Personality: Self-motivated, proactive, resilient, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
