Primo Capital Real Estate

, delivering premium property management solutions to landlords across Dubai. We are expanding rapidly and are looking for driven, well-connected professionals to grow our holiday homes portfolio.

We are seeking an experienced

Business Development Executive - Holiday Homes

with a proven background in the holiday homes/short-term rental sector. This role is focused on

acquiring new properties

, managing the

end-to-end onboarding process

, and consistently closing high-quality deals.

Key Responsibilities

Source and acquire new holiday home properties through your existing network and active business development Pitch Primo Luxe Holiday Homes' management services to property owners and investors Manage the full onboarding process, including documentation, unit setup coordination, and handover Consistently achieve a target of

8-10 closed deals per month

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with landlords Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies within the holiday homes sector Work closely with operations and marketing teams to ensure a smooth go-live for each property

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years' experience

specifically within the

holiday homes / short-term rental industry

Proven track record in property acquisition or business development within holiday homes

Established network of property owners, investors, or brokers

(essential) Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently Holiday homes experience is

mandatory
