Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and research potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.

Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through calls, emails, networking, and online channels.

Schedule and conduct client meetings or discovery calls.

Assist in preparing compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Track and report sales metrics and client interactions.

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform strategy.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Collaborate with internal recruitment and outsourcing teams to align client requirements with service offerings.

Act as a liaison between clients and service delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding and satisfaction.

Assist in responding to tenders and RFPs relevant to manpower, PRO, and outsourcing services.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar client-facing role.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

A proactive attitude with a passion for growth and learning.

Experience in the outsourcing, recruitment, or HR services industry is highly preferred.

Knowledge of the Outsourcing/Manpower activities is a must.

Bilingual - Arabic and English speaker.

Working knowledge of local labor laws and manpower regulations in Qatar is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR8,000.00 per month
