Business Development Executive

Job Description

Responsibilities Looking for an experienced candidate with a minimum of 3-4 years' experience in selling IT Product especially HRMS solution, IT services, Mobile app development etc.

  • Cold Calls, meeting clients & assisting the senior team.
  • Daily generation of qualified leads and meetings with them.
  • Bring new customers based on monthly , quarterly and yearly targets.
  • Responsible for achieving assigned targets monthly, quarterly and yearly .
  • Account management with existing clients post AMC, Revenue collection, Follow ups for payments.
  • Conduct calls to prospective clients and set appointments , demo of product .
  • Offer products and services to qualified clients through demos.
  • Handle sales process from prospecting through close and understanding process.
  • Build and document sales activities in sheet and document activities.
  • Prepare and engage in business development team status meetings.
  • Coordinate with management regarding revenue targets, achievements, collections.
  • Prior experience selling IT Products/IT services a must for this job.
Requirements
  • Driving License mandatory.
  • Education Qualification: Graduate preferably in IT
  • Must be Outspoken & Presentable
  • Candidate should have past experience in Bahrain/UAE. Must be available in Bahrain/UAE at the moment.
  • Fluency in English. Arabic language will be plus
Job Type: Full-time Experience:
