Business Development Manager - Landscaping

and lead the charge in expanding our market footprint, building meaningful client relationships, and delivering top-tier landscaping solutions across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Market Expansion

Develop and execute business development strategies to grow revenue and market share. Identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of landscaping market trends and competitor activities. Analyze client needs and align them with tailored landscaping services.

Client Relationship Management

Proactively build strong relationships with potential and existing clients across commercial, residential, and government sectors. Conduct presentations, proposals, and negotiations to win new contracts. Deliver customized landscaping solutions based on project requirements.

Sales & Revenue Growth

Achieve and exceed sales targets through focused sales efforts and strategic planning. Negotiate project contracts to ensure favorable terms for both the client and the company. Track performance metrics and adjust sales strategies to optimize results.

Marketing & Brand Awareness

Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that highlight our services and project portfolio. Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings to build brand visibility.

Team Collaboration

Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. Provide guidance to junior staff and contribute to a positive, high-performing work environment.

What You Bring:

Proven experience in

business development, sales, or account management

(preferably in the landscaping or construction industry) Strong understanding of

landscaping industry trends, services, and client needs

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills A strategic mindset with a results-driven approach

UAE Driving License and own vehicle
