Generate new business leads through site visits, cold calls, and networking.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and tenders.
Conduct client meetings and presentations to promote services.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.
Coordinate with internal departments (design, operations, finance) for project execution.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
Track payment collections and ensure AMC contract renewals.
Provide regular sales and activity reports to management.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets for landscaping and AMC services.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Understand client needs and provide suitable technical and service solutions.
Ensure timely and professional handover from sales to execution teams.
Maintain high levels of client satisfaction throughout the sales and service cycle.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client visits.
Contribute to the development of business strategies and sales plans.
