Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Executive with expertise in engaging HNWIs/UHNWIs. This role will focus on achieving KPIs and sales targets by building relationships, identifying opportunities, and securing high-value contacts who are interested in investment services in the UAE. This is a high-impact role designed to drive growth and enhance our market presence among the elite.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a strategic plan to attract and engage HNWI and UHNWI clients for our exclusive investment services. Achieve or exceed monthly KPIs and sales targets focused on generating qualified leads and saleable contacts. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with high-net-worth clients and their representatives. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly. Maintain detailed records of interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes for transparent tracking of sales activities.

Requirements:

Proven experience in business development or sales targeting HNWI/UHNWI clients, preferably in the UAE or the broader MENA region. Demonstrable success in achieving KPIs and sales targets in a high-stakes, competitive market. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage affluent clients and understand their unique needs. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strategic approach to relationship building. Knowledge of the UAE's legal and financial landscape is a plus. Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
