Job Description

Experience: 7+ years in Real Estate / Development / Investments. We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our real estate development team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land acquisition, real estate financing, joint ventures, and project development, with the ability to drive new opportunities from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:



Source and negotiate land acquisition and investment opportunities.

Structure and secure financing for projects (debt & equity).

Build strategic partnerships and joint ventures with investors, developers, and contractors.

Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and financial analysis .

Prepare and present investment proposals to management and stakeholders.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Real Estate (MBA preferred).

7+ years of proven experience in business development, investments, or real estate development.

Strong knowledge of UAE real estate laws, approvals, and market trends.

Excellent negotiation, networking, and presentation skills.

Established network with landowners, investors, and financial institutions.

Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
