Business Development Executive
to lead our outreach efforts and support the expansion of our clinic's patient base and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase patient flow and clinic revenue
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, insurance providers, and referral sources
Develop and implement strategic marketing and outreach plans targeting the local community and businesses
Collaborate with internal teams to promote services and launch new offerings
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and patient feedback to inform business strategies
Represent the clinic at events, networking opportunities, and partnership meetings
Prepare and present regular reports on business performance, lead generation, and conversion metrics
Work closely with the clinic manager and marketing team to align business development goals with overall clinic objectives
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of UAE experience
in business development, preferably in the healthcare or medical sector
Strong network and proven track record of building partnerships in the UAE healthcare market
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field
Familiarity with DHA regulations and healthcare industry practices
