We are seeking a

project-focused Business Development / Sales Executive

who understands

custom joinery, site-based selling, and coordination with contractors and consultants

.

This role is

not retail or showroom sales

. It is suited for professionals experienced in

construction, fit-out, materials, or technical project sales

.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business for

custom joinery and woodwork projects

Identify opportunities through: Contractors and fit-out companies Consultants and interior designers Developers and project managers Conduct

site visits

to understand drawings, specifications, and scope Work closely with: Design teams Estimation and production teams Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-ups Negotiate pricing, timelines, and commercial terms Maintain an active

project sales pipeline

Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets Build long-term relationships for repeat and referral business

Who This Role Is For

Requirements

3+ years of

project-based or B2B sales experience

Ability to understand: Joinery drawings Materials and finishes Site conditions and timelines Technical knowledge of joinery / woodwork / fit-out is a strong advantage Existing network with

contractors, consultants, or fit-out firms

preferred

UAE Driving License - Mandatory

Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills Comfortable with site visits and outdoor sales

Salary & Benefits

Fixed Salary range AED 4500 - AED 5500 (based on knowledge & experience) Attractive commission structure Company Car + Fuel Health Insurance & Tickets
