Job Summary:
We are seeking a
dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive
witha minimum of 3 years of local UAE experience
in IT sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales growth in line with company objectives.Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the
IT hardware, software, networking, and security solutions
segments. Build and maintain strong relationships withcorporate clients, system integrators, resellers, and distributors.
Understand client requirements and propose suitableIT solutions (servers, storage, networking, cloud, ELV, cybersecurity, etc.).
Manage the entiresales cycle
from prospecting to closing deals and ensuring post-sales satisfaction. Prepare and deliverpresentations, proposals, and quotations
to clients. Achievemonthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge ofmarket trends, vendor products, and competitor activities.
Coordinate with internal teams forpricing, logistics, and project delivery.
Represent the company attrade shows, events, and networking opportunities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Business, IT, or related field.
Minimum3 years of proven UAE experience
in IT product or solution sales. Strong network ofcorporate and channel clients
in the UAE market. Good understanding ofbrands like Cisco, HP, Dell, Lenovo, Fortinet, Microsoft, and Sangfor.
Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. UAEdriving license
is an advantage.Preferred Skills:
Experience with
value-added distribution or system integration.
Familiarity withCRM tools and lead management systems.
Knowledge oftendering and project-based sales.

salary + sales incentives + benefits

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
