Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, industry events, digital outreach, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Develop and present tailored proposals, pitches, and service presentations that align with client objectives.
Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to ensure alignment between client needs and deliverables.
Maintain a solid understanding of industry trends, competitors, and market shifts.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and closing.
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions using CRM tools.
Requirements and Skills:
Minimum 2-4 years of proven sales or business development experience in a
branding, advertising, or creative agency
.
Strong portfolio of successfully closed deals and client relationships in the same industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation and negotiation capabilities.
In-depth understanding of branding, marketing, digital, and creative services.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
