Job Title: Business Development Executive (Interiors - residential) Responsibilities:
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations. Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success and growth of the company. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar. Strong understanding of Residential interiors and custom joinery industry and its various components, operational, commercial and various marketing channels. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. UAE driving license
