with proven experience in the Interior Fit-Out & Renovation sector. The ideal candidate will be
confident, persuasive, and capable of generating leads and closing deals quickly
- we expect results within the
first month itself.
This role demands someone who can secure both
B2C (residential)
and
B2B (commercial)
projects, develop long-term client relationships, and open new opportunities in the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate quality leads and convert them into confirmed projects.
Identify opportunities across residential, commercial, and retail markets.
Conduct client meetings, prepare proposals, and present company services effectively.
Negotiate terms and close deals confidently within target timelines.
Build strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with the design and project team for accurate proposals and quotations.
Provide management with weekly updates on leads, pipeline, and closed deals.
Explore creative strategies for lead generation (digital, partnerships, networking).
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking platforms.
Requirements:
3-5 years proven sales/business development experience in
Interior Fit-Out or Renovation
in UAE.
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to confidently deal with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
Preferred:
Candidate with a valid UAE driving license and own car.
Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to work independently to deliver results.
Compensation Package:
Fixed Salary:
AED
6,000 / month
Commission / Incentives:
2.5%
on project values between
AED 100,000 - AED 250,000
4%
on project values
above AED 250,000
Other Benefits:
Visa, health insurance, and benefits as per UAE labor law
