Job Purpose and Scope: To sell Industrial paint products to Oil and Gas / steel fabricators / Potential OEM Customers / Blasting cleaning companies and meet the sales plan on a continuous basis along with meeting sales targets by penetrating new projects and assisting in creating brand awareness
Main Job Responsibilities:
Drive sales and identify commercial opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets as given by the Line Manager
Track and keep a record of all sales orders and report accurate figures
Play an active role in the increase of share through market penetration in business through new consumers
Assist customers in making product selections based on their requirements and product specification
Play an integral role between business, customer and potential markets by communication
To ensure to achieve all top line revenue along with gross margins
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers
Possess a high level of presentation skills to customers
Contribute information to market strategies and products developments
Resolve all queries received with full customer satisfaction
Ensure compliance in a timely manner on all customer hygiene-related issues like valid Trade licenses, Account Reconciliation, collection of Balance Confirmation, etc.
Adhere to all ISO-related requirements on time including customer satisfaction survey
Build and maintain a good working relationship with Internal / External clients
Ensure Health and Safety measures are maintained
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor\'s degree with Sales and Marketing qualification preferred
5 \xe2\x80\x93 6 years in a similar capacity in a medium-sized organization
UAE market exposure, with a Valid UAE Driving License
