About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic

Business Development Executive

to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or intermediate-career professionals who are passionate about client relationship management and eager to build a long-term career in key account handling and strategic sales. The successful candidate will play a vital role in driving business growth by nurturing key client relationships, identifying new revenue opportunities, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow relationships with key clients to ensure retention and long-term satisfaction. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts. Proactively pursue new business opportunities through client referrals, field visits, and lead generation. Present and promote company products/services to key decision-makers in a professional and consultative manner. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance KPIs. Maintain detailed records of account activities, communications, and feedback. Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and services are delivered effectively.

Candidate Requirements:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Passionate about building long-term business relationships and delivering value to clients. Valid UAE driving license and ownership of a personal vehicle (mandatory). Strong command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven. Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
