About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic

Business Development Executive

to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or intermediate-career professionals who are passionate about sales and eager to establish a long-term career in business development. The successful candidate will play a vital role in driving growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and proactive market engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through field visits, prospecting, and lead generation. Promote and present company products/services to prospective clients in a professional and persuasive manner. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback. Collaborate with internal teams to align client requirements with business objectives.

Candidate Requirements:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Eagerness to learn, develop, and succeed in a sales-driven environment. Valid UAE driving license and

ownership of a personal vehicle

(mandatory). Strong command of English; additional languages are an advantage. Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented. Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and field visits.
