Role Overview:
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships within the healthcare sector. Your primary focus will be on promoting our staffing solutions to hospitals, clinics, medical centers, and healthcare groups across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients in the healthcare sector to promote staffing services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (HR heads, medical directors, CEOs, etc.).
Generate leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities.
Understand client requirements and customize staffing solutions accordingly.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client needs are fulfilled promptly and accurately.
Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and pricing strategies.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and healthcare regulations in the UAE.
Represent the company at healthcare events, conferences, and exhibitions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
Minimum 3+years of experience in business development, preferably in healthcare or recruitment services.
Strong network within the UAE healthcare sector is a plus.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Knowledge of UAE licensing (DHA, MOH, DOH) and healthcare regulations is an advantage.
