About the Role Handle Business Development & Alliances Onboarding for GMG’s Healthcare Brands. Core Responsibilities:
This is a field intensive role where you onboard partners and helps them engage with their audience
Hunt for new business targeting the Healthcare, Beauty & Fitness, Leisure, Entertainment, Recreation, Retail and E-commerce industries
Manage end-to-end client relationship including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing/ invoicing, payment collection, result tracking, and troubleshooting
Efficiently solve problems and make smart decisions using data.
Take up ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to our customers and partners.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to the users and partners’ needs and objectives.
Engage with partners through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in-person meetings.
Communicate and sell new products and initiatives to the merchant base
Prepare a variety of status reports, including daily activity, closings, follow-ups, and adherence to KPIs
Monitor market and keep a close tab on competitor activities
Efficiently solve problems and make smart decisions to ensure supply is our competitive advantage
Establishing long-term partnerships with our merchants post the commercial agreement
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree equivalent professional experience
4+ years of local B2B sales experience in Health, Internet, Retail, or FMCG industries
You should be familiar with the business environment and trends
You should have a car and know Dubai territory in and out as we spend a lot of time on the road
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
You should be fluent in English; Arabic language is a plus
Understands how the sales ecosystem functions, is strong-willed and persuasive
Should be presentable, articulate, detail-oriented and is able to multitask
Demonstrates the ability to function independently and is comfortable with unpredictable work hours
Able to analyze data and sales statistics and curate a solution
