We are seeking a highly motivated and creatively driven Business Development Executive to join our team, focusing on Home Furnishing and Interior Design. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in spearheading the growth of our furnishing projects by identifying and securing unfurnished residential properties, and transforming them into exquisitely designed, fully furnished solutions. This position offers a unique blend of strategic business development, consultative sales, and creative interior design.

Your primary mission will be to cultivate new client relationships, particularly with property owners and developers, understanding their unique needs and presenting tailored furnishing proposals that align with both aesthetic vision and commercial viability. This involves active market research, proactive outreach, and skillfully navigating the entire sales cycle from initial contact to project completion. You will leverage your design expertise to conceptualize comprehensive furnishing solutions, generate detailed quotes, and ensure each project not only meets but consistently exceeds client expectations, ultimately enhancing property value and appeal. This role is perfect for an individual who thrives in a dynamic, results-oriented environment, passionate about both design excellence and achieving significant business growth within the property and design sectors. Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

Experience:

A proven track record of success in business development or sales, ideally within the home furnishing, interior design, real estate, or property development industries. Experience managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to project close.

Skills:

Exceptional client relationship management skills with a consultative sales approach. Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication (written and verbal) abilities. Demonstrated capacity for strategic market research, identifying opportunities, and developing actionable outreach plans. Ability to conceptualize and articulate comprehensive interior design and furnishing solutions, including generating detailed project quotes and proposals. Financial acumen to ensure commercial viability and profitability of projects.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.

Personal Attributes:

Highly motivated, results-driven, and creatively inclined with a keen eye for design. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients. A strategic thinker who can envision and execute long-term growth initiatives. Passion for design excellence and achieving measurable business growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

An existing network within the property development, real estate, or interior design sectors. Proficiency with CRM software. A portfolio showcasing successful furnishing or interior design projects.
